Return and Exchange Policy
Product Returns:
- Within 3 months from date of purchase.
- Include a copy of the receipt with the reason for the return.
- Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
- Once the product is received, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be applied to your account (original payment method).
- A 3% Processing Fee will be applied to all refunds.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Product Exchanges:
- Within 3 months from date of purchase.
- Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
- Include a copy of the receipt with instructions for the product exchange.
- Once the product is received, please allow 1-2 Business Days for the product exchange.
- Product exchange shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect or Damaged Product:
If you receive the incorrect product or a damaged product, please call us immediately at 204-890-4420. Once your correct order is verified, a shipping label will be emailed to you for the return of the incorrect or damaged product(s). The correct or replacement product(s) will be shipped immediately from Spinal Health Distributors.
Missing Item(s):
Please check your order upon delivery to ensure you have received the full & correct order.
- If Item(s) are missing from an order: Customer must contact Spinal Health Distributors within 1 week of receipt/delivery of item(s). The missing item(s) will be shipped immediately from Spinal Health Distributors.
- After 1 week of receipt/delivery of item(s), Spinal Health Distributors will not be liable for any missing item(s).
